Question 1

Do I need a roadworthy certificate to sell my car?

Accepted Answer

No. We buy running, non-running, and accident-damaged vehicles without one — that's one less cost and one less delay for you.

Question 2

My car's still under finance — can you still buy it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We just need an updated settlement letter from your bank so we know what's owed. We handle the rest of the paperwork from there.

Question 3

Do you charge any fees to sell my car?

Accepted Answer

Never. No listing fees, no inspection fees, no hidden costs — what we offer is what you get.

Question 4

How fast do I actually get paid?

Accepted Answer

Most sellers have the money in their account before we leave the inspection. Same-day, not same-week.

Question 5

What about the change of ownership and other paperwork?

Accepted Answer

We handle it. Change of ownership, NATIS forms — all sorted on our side, not yours.

Question 6

Do you only buy in Pretoria, or further out too?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Pretoria, but we collect nationwide — free of charge, wherever your car is.
